What is the cost?

Every event is different due to a range of factors. Such factors include location, hours, number of guests, and the services you are requesting. When you contact us, we will guide you through the process and confirm your requests.

How far will you travel?

We love to travel! Delivery is included within 30 miles of Montgomery, TX. If your event is located outside of this area, a travel fee may be added to your quote.

Can the mobile bar be rented without bartending services?

Absolutely! Our mobile bar is available to meet your needs. If alcohol is involved, bartenders are required to be insured and TABC Certified for liability purposes. Let's chat and we will find a way to accommodate your request.

Who provides the beer, wine, and spirits?

You provide the alcohol and ingredients, and we will provide the ultimate beverage experience. We simply serve what you provide. We can assist you on what, how much, and where to purchase the ingredients you need for a memorable event.

Do you offer a non-alcoholic beverage service?

Absolutely! Our services can include tea, lemonade, and mocktails too! From self-serve beverage stations to mocktail beverage services, we aim to provide the ultimate beverage experience with or without alcohol. Ask about these add-ons when you book!

Are bartenders included?

Yes! 2 TABC Certified bartenders are included in our beverage & bartending service packages.

How do you keep bottled or canned beverages cold?

Our beverage & bartending service packages include ice and coolers. We will ice your beverages down when we arrive, and stock your beverages in our commercial-grade beverage cooler that holds nearly 160 12oz cans.

Does the mobile bar offer a draft beer system?

Yes! Our mobile bar is equipped with a commercial-grade dual-tap draft kegerator. The kegerator can hold a full half barrel keg or two quarter barrel kegs. You are required to have your kegs iced and cold prior to our arrival.

Will your team assist in creating craft cocktails?

Yes! We specialize in creating custom craft cocktails. A personal consultation is included to ensure your custom cocktail is right for your event.

Can you host a cash bar?

Unfortunately no. We do not have a liquor license and cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.

What are the technical requirements for the mobile bar?

Our mobile bar requires a flat ground and clear access of about 10 feet wide x 14 feet long x 10 feet high. We also require one standard outlet within 100ft of the trailer. If your event is located somewhere without electricity, we can accommodate with our ultra-quiet generator.
